About two years ago, I learned accidentally about manifesting, meditation, and law of attraction. On YouTube I was just watching videos of businessmen including the eccentric Dan Lok. I was immersed on the topics about success and creating your own reality. For some reason, YouTube recommended a few videos about manifestations and I started binge-watching videos of Suyash of the channel Mind Body Spirit.
As a mom who was battling anxieties at that time because of the worries I had with my Bunso, it was refreshing to watch videos and learned more about our universe. The videos of Suyash has helped me manage my anxieties.
I also came across Ashley Ducey and her husband Jake Ducey. I particularly like Jake Ducey because he explained further about how we are able to create our own realities. He spoke of it on a scientific point of view and does not discount the power of God.
How many times have you heard that we create our own destinies? Do you actually believe it?
Through the videos of Ashley, I learned about how to do scripting. Scripting basically is writing down what you’d like to be in your reality. To some it means writing your goal, and others wishful thinking.
But as I learned more about the law of attraction through Ashley, Jake, and Suyash, it made me understand better what scripting really is.
It is not just about writing your goals.
Not just about wishful thinking.
Rather it is like a prayer you raise to God, universe, spirit, however you call it. It is about being grateful for a future reality in your life.
I personally prefer writing on the blank pages of my planner when I do my scripting. I have manifested a few items on my list in the past years. God has answered my prayers, including the answer to my worries about my Bunso.
How to do Scripting
When you do scripting, remember these tips:
- Write your sentences as if the event already happened.
- Write how much you are grateful for the gift of the universe in your life and how it is transforming you.
- Put your emotions into writing (happy feelings!)
- Write it as often as you can or read it at least once a day
- After doing your scripting, let go and let God
Here’s an example on how you should write:
“I am so happy and grateful for receiving an additional 3000 pesos in my monthly salary. My husband and I are able to save more in our emergency fund plus the kids are so thrilled with the ice cream treat we gave them earlier. This day is amazing!”
I would like to reiterate that you should let go. Don’t think of your wishes all of the time and wonder why it still hasn’t appeared yet.
How We Manifest
Kapag iniisip natin na ang tagal tagal naman dumating ng gusto natin, tayo mismo ang nagiging hadlang para ito ay maisakatuparan.
We attract not what we want, but who we are.
If you want to be loved, spread love.
If you want to be respected, respect others.
Firstly, always remember that God loves you and you are worthy of receiving His graces. Secondly, you are worthy of a loving relationship that is filled with respect and devotion. Moreover, you are worthy of creating a wonderful life and experience the beauty it has to give.
When we believe that we are worthy of receiving God’s gifts, we are sending vibrations to the universe that we are ready to receive these gifts. Believe that you will receive God’s blessings in your life. And watch miracles unfold in front of you.
